Nationaled Industry Detroit.

The conversation of violating the first amendment has been settled.
President Obama has disregarded the spirit of the 1st amendment
by assuming authority without representation.  He has castrated and hobbled the function of
congress, and no arguements are pleaded to the judiciary of our land.

The notion that President Obama can dictate to an entire industry what his terms are
to a continuation of bailouts, is an authority even President Reagan never considered.
The widely accepted feeling that President Obama's Majesty, is a direct call for congress's removal.
Maybe there are a majority of people who think that President Obama's Majesty is a good thing.
But as demonstration of a majority, we can clearly see no member of congress has the access to being fairly
represented.  Those remaining silent are clearly the majority bowing to President Obama's Majesty and therefore,
clearly unwilling to debate the minority case. Discussion's of unconstitutional actions taken by President Obama's Majesty
aren't even being debated, let alone pleaded in front of any court.
The leadership of Pelosi and Reid now have to be seen as complicit in a usurping of 1st amendment constitutional rights.

President Obama demanded that an executive from a company be fired, as a condition of continuing the bailout of 2 companies
in an industry, which is funded by the unconstitutional actions of the 111th congress.  It is now evident that the money used to
fund companies, which should have failed and been liquidated and exploited as it used to happen in private business, is coerced to abide
President Obama's Majesty.

This reality indicates that our congress either choses to ignore the dictates of the constitution,
or they don't understand the purpose and responsibility of their function as representation.
If they chose to ignore the rights established in the constitution, they act criminally.
If they truly don't understand their purpose, then they are inept.
In both results of this reality congress needs removal...
The minority that can't speak is inept, and the majority chosing to ignore their duties of term are criminal.
Obviously, this reality makes a removal of office completely necessary.
Anyone disaggreeing with that conclusion is not living within the spirit of the constitution.
The Constitution was written so as to prevent Corporate Monopolies from violating the rights of individuals.
The Constitution was also written to prevent tyranny within a government.
Clearly the Government brokered the deals with corporations which violated individuals rights.
And President Obama's Majesty is dictating will unconstitutionally.

Congress must be removed and replaced with those willing to manage the legislative body
with the proper balance bestowed to congress so that a reality of President Obama's Majesty
could never happen.

Ruff you.

It's clear. Whenever one sees politicians talking bad of enterpreneurs and blaming them for all ("irresponsible" lol), is because they dream of replacing them, and take their chairs. If the Govt starts to rescue the debts of a corporation, that's not for charity, even less "for the interest of the people" like they say, no, it's for the interest of the Govt that wants to adquire that corporation, and expand its power cutting private power.

They play like they were skandalized for the wages CEOs earn using that public money the same Govt gave them. However the Govt does not cut the wages of its members and advisors and thousands of officials that also live of public money.

I believe that those despotic unions that do not stop of demaning priviledges for themselves, at the expense of the rest of workers that cannot adquire them, of hampering the competitiveness, and those socialist laws that allow the Govt to interfere the production of car industry, forcing it to follow an anti-economic path, are the risponsibles of its sinking.

We all want buy cheap and sell expensive, from common consumers/workers to big corporations. So, if I have a car factory, I am interested in spending the less as possible and earn the more profits as possible. The same happens to the workers that work for me, they also look for the best prices when they buy a TV set or when they hire a painter for their houses. Those union workers would not be happy if the Govt forces them to hire a painter at an artificial higher wage, because they also tend to save money, they would not acept having to buy a TV at a double price imposed by Govt. However, for some unkown reason, those unions believe that an enterpreneur must acept that imposition when hiring workers, he must hire at an artificial high wage the unions with the collaboration of the Govt dictates. Those union workers always demand the enterpreneur "to share his profits" but when that enterpreneur has losses, unions do not want to "share the losses". So unions want all kinds of benefits even when sellings sink. Unions do not want to share the risk the enterpreneur has. Unions follow a counterproductive policy, but they do not care, if they are strong enough and can start a great agit-prop compaign they will get the $$$ from all people, the Govt will rescue that factory they themselves have sunk. The enterpreneur will add all those costs from benefits to the price of the car. But it also happens that in other factories those despotic unions have no power, so it can raise its production at lower cost, the consumers will abandon the cars of the first factory. But those unions do not care, they will blame CEOs for not being able of making money out of ruins... LOL ..

So I said we ALL want to buy cheap and sell expensive. Of course, that small minority of ascetic people (unionists are not, enterpreneurs neither) are excluded. But an enterpreneur cannot sell at the maximum price he would belove to do, because the existence of other makers, competition, forces him to keep the price inside a competitive margin. It's always better selling at $1,000 than at $700, and it's also better selling at $500 than at 0$ (no selling). But unions do not care, they believe their wages must be constant and that those wages do not depend on the money the enterpreneurs had available from sellings. That law of competition, forces makers to supply the best possible product at the best possible price inside their category, and that really favors consumers, that can save money at the time of shopping. But unions belive they must not be under that competition law, their wages (their prices) does not depend on the demand, but on the leaders of a union that set that wage and must be kept at any cost, the enterpreneur cannot be favored by that same law that favors them when they go to the supermarket. For them an enterpreneur is a criminal, a thief, an exploiter, a selfish ... all those adjetives unionists would be called each time they visit several shops and start to compare prices and enjoy the freedom to choose the price they find more convenient. Unions do not want that freedom for enterpreneurs, they do not want that freedom for other workers whom they deeply damage.

If I have a shop, and I need more people, I do a calculus: I have $1500 available for this year (imaginary numbers and figures for the example) and I need 3 men. Of course the invidual wage would be $500. Then I look for those men, and they are free to acept that wage or not. Those men are free to determinate if that wage favors them or not, they really know their personal circumstances. But if suddenly the union arrives and says, no, you must pay them $700. I do other calculus: $1500 - 2x700 = $100 = I would hire 2 men and use the rest $100 for other matters. So that man that wanted, that needed those $500 has been forced by the union to earn 0$, to stay unemployed. And then union with its typical socialist agit-prop will spread everywhere how evil, selfish and exploiter I am. So unions send a lot of people to unemployment and at the same time define themselves as their saviours and friends forever. Unions detest competence, detest that mechanism by which people that starts to work, that cannot find a job for any reason could force the cut of their wages, but the insult me as "selfish". Needless to say that a cut of artificial high wages also bring a cut of the price of the products (forced by competition), so consumers would be also favored, unionists too, that are also consumers. But unions have no idea of economics, they follow socialism, they simply find a job, and believe that job is theirs forever, and hamper other men to get a job and to get a better wage not by an imposition against freedom of market, but also by competition, by the freedom of market. Any worker must know that a good worker must earn more than an uneffecient worker. That enterprenurs have tendency to keep the good ones, as well as anyt unionists also likes to hire a good painter for his house. Nothing is invented, but very sadly thanks to the fog of socialism many times we have to explain evident matters.

Then all those laws from the Govt that interfere the production of cars, only bring a greater cost of production, that the consumers will pay in the price of the car. Here those unions also demand a special low price for the cars workers help to make. I say help because another fallacy of socialism is that workers would earn the price of the car, like if the enterprenur was not the one that buys all the materials used to build the car.

They only ask for priviledges, to impose the increasing of their level of life at the expense of cutting the level of life of the rest. And the Govt collaborates with that despotic and unjust policy. There are a lot more things I could say about unions but I am already tired. As a resume to remark their hate against freedom.

I already know there are many unions and that they all are not equal. But the majority of them work like that.

I did read today that Obama does not want corporations to pay back the bail outs money ... That confirms my thought, the Govt wants to control corporations, that of course, are means of production. The definition of socialism is "an ideology (not only economics) based on the Govt control of all means of production with the issuing central planning". So this way the Govt controls those corporations and takes part in the decisions of the production: what to produce, when, how many, prices, all ... (central plannig). Obama brings more socialism to the USA.

The Swedish cars corporation SAAB that is in bankruptcy like GM, has been bought by other private corporation, IKEA. The Swedish Govt said "this Govt does not will to be owner of car factories". It's surprising that even the socialistic Sweden understands that people must not pay the debts of corporations, and allows the market to work, allows that corporations sink and others buy them, what is the mechanism of free market. SAAB asked the Govt for a bail out, but Stockholm refused.

Washington does the contrary and forces people to pay the debts of corporations, bringing that the Govt becomes the owner of GM.

Private investing (IKEA) comes from looking for opportunities and future growth. Public investing (Obama) comes from looking for populism, ensured votes, friendly unions, and winning elections. Socialism cannot favor all population, it only favors some people at the expense of damaging other. Those same $$$ (collected always from taxes) Obama gives to GM are the same $$$ people will not spend in others matters, so the demand in all the rest of sectors will low. Obama protects the jobs of GM at the expense of damaging jobs in all the rest of sectors. Unions must be very happy.
