Hell to many is an illustrative place built on study of scripture. The imagery of its reality may or not be as so many think. One idea I have about Hell is that it is a place that is apart from God. For many the notion of God is more impossible to conceive than Hell.
A facade is an appearance of a thing that isn't really the nature of the thing. Our perceptions of natural senses isn't vision of the creator. So when we focus on what is in front of us, we see it as it appears.
Sight isn't the only sense we process information for understanding, we hear and speak, we touch and craft.
God's love is proven out through our ability to chose. We can live our lives according to our own means and wisdom, or we can do the same according to God's laws. Understanding God's laws isn't a difficult undertaking. Our rebellious nature makes following God's laws an impossibility.
Consider yourself on any given day. You need to make a decision about anything. You consider the options and make your choice. Did you hear a small voice in your head saying, "Don't do it or you'll be sorry for doing it!" Or have you impulsively acted on what you wanted and took possession of your choice only to wonder why the result isn't the anticipated happiness you thought it would be at the time of making the choice?
That small voice is what some folks wrongly call a conscience. I would tell you that it is the whisper of your Father. Believe me when I tell you I know the cost of ignoring that voice better than most. I have known that cost before I considered the choice, I knew the cost as I made the choice and I have lived with the cost for making the choice.
The point of facades only exists in this realm of earthly flesh. This place is the kingdom of the ruler of hell. His authority is built on lies as he is the chief accuser of the brethren. He lives to devour and destroy.
How many times have you known a truth of a matter that would appear utterly foolish to those listening and sat on that truth? Is the political correctness of the day keeping your tongue bound for fear of reprisal? How can you be blessed by God when you ignore a prompted truth? Is the truth a reality nobody wants to hear? Will you be ridiculed for speaking a truth by those who'd rather believe in a facade?
The trouble with our world today is that there are far too many folks that ignore their still small voice in their head. When folks act in rejecting that still small voice any blessing afforded to them by God is lifted. Then you are a subject of the ruler of earth and flesh or the king of Hell. Those who possess wisdom of truth and speak not on it may not be subject to the kingdom of flesh, but they most certainly will live in the chaos of the kingdom.
I live in the kingdom of the deceiver. I don't hold my tongue. I speak to truth as I am prompted and I have endured loss of much from those who'd ignore the truth. It matters little to me that loss is plainly counted. It mattes even less that opportunities I'd otherwise enjoy never materialize for speaking the truth.
When the time of counting comes, I won't be apart from God. I won't have to think of the possibilities of what hell may be elsewhere. The one who is king of Hell rules this land, but he rules it while my still small voice can be heard. After the time of counting is over there will be no such still small voice to hear. The facades of man is for right here and now and it is built for convenience of nothing more than believing in a lie. If I accept the lie and become a part of it, I turn away from the Father's wisdom. My history of disregarding wisdom from the Father is written in the co-authored book Convoking Hell.

Part of the reason this book isn't a best seller is because the kingdom of this world has denied the truth of it. I worry not about blacklisting from men. I know that a blacklisting from Satan applies to many. You see for those of you who know Jack Keroauc and the book he wrote, On the Road, our co-authored autobiography makes him look like a girl scout selling cookies. Not to mention there was no message in his writing that pointed or considered the grace of God.
The facades of this life and the urgency to maintain those facades are evidence that our problem collectively is simply the denial of God's truth. Today lies are truth's, apologies are confessions and repentance is a public mockery of reality nitwittery.
Do you live in a facade?
